CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY✨ THANK YOU FOR BOOKING WITH ME, XOXO TTMNLASHES 🫶🏼💜💖 Cancellation policy I charge no additional fee for cancellations other than the nonrefundable deposit. If you need to cancel/reschedule the same day or 48 hours before, you will just need to secure your next appointment with a new deposit. 💓 also, communication is key! Let’s both respect each others time.🙏🏼🫶🏼 No show policy A no show is the same as a same day cancellation. If no contact happens before Your schedule appears I will reach out and cancel The appointment after 25 minutes giving you the appropriate grace period. The same as for a cancellation the deposit is nonrefundable and to book a future appointment you will need to provide a new deposit. Communication is key🌸 Late policy There is no late fee, please understand when you are late you are taking away time from completing your refill or fullset. All of the services you can book are all listed as different times be mindful of that. Depending on my schedule, after 15 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled resulting in a new deposit to book a new date. -When arriving to your appointment please come with a clean face & be prepared to lay down for the time of your service. I provide blankets and play music but feel free to bring AirPods, your own blanket whatever makes you feel the most comfortable! I also provide free lash baths to make sure your lashes are squeaky clean for the best retention 🧼!
